I became a lawyer with a very specific goal in mind: helping families plan ahead and protect the people they love, especially those who need extra care. From the beginning, I was drawn to estate planning because of its real, everyday impact, creating trusts so families would have security and peace of mind, even when life takes unexpected turns.

As life sometimes decides to take its own path, I began my legal career over fifteen years ago in criminal law, where I have spent years working closely with law enforcement and first responders. During this time, I noticed something surprising: many of the people who spend their lives protecting others had never taken the time to protect their own futures and families through an estate plan. That realization ultimately brought me back to the reason I went to law school in the first place.

I now focus my practice on helping individuals and families plan for the future in a practical, understandable way. Estate planning doesn’t have to be intimidating or complicated. My goal is to make the process approachable, understandable, and comfortable, by creating plans that actually work in real life and not just on paper.

None of us can predict what tomorrow brings. A good estate plan isn’t about expecting the worst; it’s about taking care of the people you love no matter what happens. I enjoy guiding clients through that process and giving them the confidence that their family, their wishes, and their legacy are protected.
